Very aromatic and powerful blackcurrant liqueur inspired by the classic “sloe gin”- instead of sloe, we chose crisp blackcurrants. This is a complex enjoyment with an edge and balanced sweetness, you can enjoy it as is or add sparkling wine or tonic to make it last a little bit longer. This bottle tends to be empty, surprisingly fast.

with caviar ingenious. We are very proud of it – and of our liqueurs. We use one principle in the production of our liquor – the greatest possible taste from raw materials and the least possible sugar added, with this we craft sweet drops with a balanced alcohol strength.

Our Pommeau is made from garden apples from South Zealand distilled and diluted down to 25% with delicious Lolland aroma juice. Here you have a smooth apple Pommeau to enjoy as is, on ice – or with 2 parts tonic for an aperitif.
