Enjoyed with a dry tonic, a lemon peel and fresh peppercorns on lots of ice – you simply can’t avoid smiling. This is our bartender’s favorite mixer and a fantastic base for Dry Martini or an Espresso Martini.

Our botanicals are not atypical for gins – but we have a minimalist approach to crafting taste. We select few, wild and amazing botanicals and bring them out fully so you can taste each one of them in your chosen batch.

A powerful apple gin with clear notes of juniper, citrus and a discreet licorice note from fennel. This gin is distilled with fresh apples and Radius’ own cider, which adds to its depth and complexity, ensuring an unsurpassed aftertaste. Best enjoyed with a dry tonic and a slice of apple.

Our Pommeau is made from garden apples from South Zealand distilled and diluted down to 25% with delicious Lolland aroma juice. Here you have a smooth apple Pommeau to enjoy as is, on ice – or with 2 parts tonic for an aperitif.
The magazine ‘Gastro’ calls it ingenious. We are also very proud of our novel akvavit, which gets its extra umami taste from baerii caviar. Soft in taste and perfect for a Open faced sandwish with herring. If you are not convinced, turn past Selma in Copenhagen and try the aquavit for one of their Danish open faced sandwich dishes.
