With our subscription solution for Gin ‘Ginspiration Box’, we will be sending you every second month, 1 bottle of gin, lots of mixers and a 20 cl taster sample – taken directly from the kettles. At any time, you can choose to cancel or pause your membership.
We will be sending you your next box in the beginning of June.
If you cannot wait – you can chose to get a delivery in just a few days. With this, you will receive our Batch no. 037- our Terroir gin, mediterranean tonics, a taster of our blackcurrant liqueur and a small bottle of bubbly wine to try it as an aperitif.

Soft in taste and perfect for a Open faced sandwish with herring. If you are not convinced, turn past Selma in Copenhagen and try the aquavit for one of their Danish open faced sandwich dishes.

Dildakvavit med caviar
299,00 kr. inkl. momsAnmeldelserne af den nytænkende dildakvavit fra Radius har været entydigt positive i både Magasinet Gastro og Ekstra Bladets store akvavittest: ”Det er genialt”, ”En virkelig god snaps” og ”Flot, balanceret med en let, sødmefuld og krydret smag af dild. Flot, lang afslutning”. Vi er da også stolte af denne akvavit, der lander med fuld dildsmag og efterfølges af umami og let havagtige noter fra fermenteret Baerii caviar leveret af Rogn. Produktet opstod fordi Rogn oplevede, at postforsendelser med caviar ikke blev afhentet og derfor begyndte at fermentere og måtte kasseres. Efter kyndig destillering af de tidligere videnskabsfolk i Radius, udgør umamien fra caviar nu i stedet den sidste prik over i’et en blød, tilgængelig akvavit.

Batch No. 022 – cucumber and lemongrass
